The room has a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, a mini fridge, a writing desk, and ironing amenities; plus, it's located near a lovely urban park – what a beautiful spot!

The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooftop pool area was a nice feature, although it did get crowded. Additionally, the staff at the front desk and concierge were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.

The service at the hotel was subpar. We had multiple instances where our requests were forgotten or overlooked, such as waiting a long time for our car to be brought up and not receiving a confirmation for our dinner reservation.

The room was upgraded and exceeded expectations with a huge bed, spa bath, separate lounge and dining area, and guest toilet. The staff were helpful and booked a taxi to the airport and provided a wakeup call. All staff spoke English, making communication easy.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor. the hotel is located near many fabulous restaurants, nice stores, great restaurants, a beautiful park, and Vitacura, a polished suburb of Santiago.
